[TYPO3-templavoila] Default size for image-type elements

If I am not very much mistaken, it takes value from the source image 
that you have in the template.

I do not think that removing default is good. It usually works for most 
cases because (1) people design templates with specific image size in 
mind and (2) if you remove this value, typo3 will still use the default 
but I do not remember where it is configured.
