[TYPO3-templavoila] Hiding non-mapped fields in TV Page module

Hi all,

According to everything I read (including old bug reports [1] and [2]) 
when a DS field of type "Content Elements" is not mapped in a TO, it 
should not appear in the TV Page module in the BE.

It does however in one of my sites (an unmapped "Second column" appears 
in the TV Page view of a TO where only the "First column" is mapped).

What am I missing? Is there some parameter to set to obtain the expected 
  behaviour?

I'm using TemplaVoila 1.3.3 with TYPO3 4.1.1.
