[TYPO3-templavoila] Provide help for FCE in the backend

Hi all,
 
I have created a few fce's and some of them are quite 'tricky' to
complete for unexperienced editors. So I want to add advice-texts to the
backend.
My first idea was to add help-tabs to my fce, but that did not work out
too well....
 
Now I discovered the little help-symbol above my fce next to the title
(content). Clicking at this icon opens a popup wich normaly contains
helpful text.
The icon belonging to my fce contains the following text:
"[FILL IN] tx_templavoila_flex"
 
Does anybody now, how and where I can FILL IN my help-text?
