[TYPO3-templavoila] Plain text with "ü, ä, ö"

Hello Dmitry

I just mappend a <div> with some words as a "plain text" type.
Now, I have insert some text in the plain text field with ä,ö,ü and saved -> 
the text - just inserted - is deleted!?`
So, I tryed to put in some html code "&uuml;" .. but this gives me an output 
in FE "&uuml;" and not "ü"..

What can I do? I don't want to map it as RTE, because it needs just a few 
words without textformation!
