Ok if it works. I think you used an option to hide page if tanslation 
does not exist, right?

You need to create a template for that language and tv will do the rest 
automatically. Click on the "Create new template object", than use "Make 
this a sub-template of" and selecttemplate for default language. Form 
will change and you will see options for language. Just select the 
language that you want.
