[TYPO3-templavoila] TV upgrade from 0.4.0 to 1.1.1 and three column template

Hi,
I upgrade from typo3 3.8.1 to typo3 4.0.2 and all works fine.
Then I upgrade Templavoila from 0.4.0 to 1.1.1 but now I have a problem
editing contents.

I have a three columns Templavoila template therefore I can put my
tt_contents in three areas.

If I set 'Show outline' in the 'Advanced functions tab' I can see the
three areas but if I unset 'Show outline' I can see only two areas.

How can I see all the areas to edit?
