[TYPO3-templavoila] How to "talk" to contents elements in my TV templates.

Hello TV list,

I have get to grasp how to do some TS with the object type "content
elements" in TV.
I understand when the type is "typoscript object path" you just go to
the site template and do the Ts there. But for example how would I
wrap something around a content element type? where do I put the TS?
With the regular template method I could talk to the colums but now..
I'm lost :)

Is there a guide for this?
