[TYPO3-templavoila] some content elements not visible in page module

Is there some TS config for users/user groups, where could set
hidden elements visible without using the sidebars and the checkbox 
there. I would like to force for all used hidden elements visible
in the TV page-module in some customer project.
Or should I code that functionality myself?
