[TYPO3-templavoila] HTML header parts problem

Or maybe... we could put the header parts (as div which could be fold
out / minimize with javascript to save space when needed) on the same
page as the mapping for the content....
Dmitry, what do you think? Is this a lot of work? I could also dig in
and try it out...
