[TYPO3-templavoila] Paragraph Alignment Problems

Here is the section that doesn't align the text.

I posted the entire html so you could see if there was anything overridding
the code.  When I choose to align the headers it works fine.  The text will
not align not matter what I try.  Using the RTE and align drop down, or
making the text box html and aligning it manually with html tags.
