[TYPO3-templavoila] default templateobject extension : please give feedback

i implemented a default to field for the ds-record. if the ds of a page
is saved then a hook is checking weather a default to isset and if so it
selects this to.

please test the extension and tell me if you find it useful. if you find
it useful and stable i will put it into the ter.
