[TYPO3-templavoila] tv select ds and to in page record problems

1. in the page record the ds icons are not displayed until one item from
the dropdon-list is selected. a bit confusing for customers

2. if a no to is selected it would be good to have the option to set a
default to for as ds until now after first assigning a ds the first to
from the list is taken. nice on new pages but that sill causes tv-errors
if the redacteur changed the ds.

question : are solutions for these problems available?
