[TYPO3-templavoila] TemplaVoila 1.0 - feature freeze

Onother Typo3 4.0RC1 located also on the production server shows me TV 0.7.0 
as expected.
How can that be?!?
I would like to trigger the TER list update again on the affected RC1, but 
it tells me that its list is up to date.
Is there a way I can force it to update?
