[TYPO3-templavoila] TV page-module doesn't care about 'enableFields' of page_language_overlay-records

just have a look at this bug:

unfortunately I missed changing the category-field when submitting the 
bug. Would be nice if it could make it into 1.0.

I also found out that the core doesn't care about the 'enableFields' of 
sys_languages too - but that is a different bug.
