Use this *unofficial* and *unsupported* (may change at any moment!) way
in TSConfig:

mod.SHARED {
  defaultLanguage {
    title = Danish
    flag = dk.gif
  }
}

Again: it is unofficial and unsupported. There is no official way to do
it in typo3 for now.
