Yes, OUTER. And I solved the problem.

The error was not in the TO, but earlier: The area for this image was 
in the DS mapped as "Editing Type" = "Content Elements". I changed 
this into "Image field, fixed W+H", corretced then the TO and voila: 
After filling in the picture into this position everything worked 
fine!
