[TYPO3-templavoila] changing rte configuration at FCE level

Hi list,

I have created several FCE elements and some are changing the background 
color used by Content elements field.
In some case at Front End white text must be writen on a black background.
How is it possible to set a new css, later use by TEXT or TEXT/IMAGE bloc at 
FCE level ?
