[TYPO3-templavoila] Creating own new_tv_site.xml.

I have digged a little deeper into my problem. It seems like that the TV 
Wizard searches for specific records in e.g. sys_template where uid=1.
Methinks that this is the problem.
I will come up with a solution for this in my TVFreesite extension.
