[TYPO3-templavoila] Handeling page not translated

Hello,
 
I have been looking for a solution for this, but haven't been able to
find one in either the documentation or the mailing lists archive. I've
also asked in the main english mailing list, which was replied with a
reference to this mailing list and a "I do not think it is possible".

Anyway, this is the problem. I am working on a multilanguage site using
Templavoila and 1 page tree (using the L get variable). The
multilanguage part works correctly, but when a page does not have a
translation it shows the default language.
What we want is to show a message and a link to the default language
("The current page has no ... translation. Click here to view the
default language text." or something like that).

If this isn't possible it might be a nice feature to add in a new
version. If it is possible, how?
