[TYPO3-templavoila] Template Wizard

I have a two tree project.. so, I have diffrent Layouts!

With the wizard a user of tree1 can select also the template from tree2 for 
a new site.. and user of tree2 can select the template of tree1 ...

The problem is, the templates are not the same! So I want to hide that 
wizard for the users!
