[TYPO3-templavoila] New page not inherit template automatically

Hi Dmitry,

	So do I. That's why I found no [problem until my partner tell me  about 
it this morning. Then I test it at home with IE and found the same 
problem. I was not able to fix it. After I come back to office I test it 
with linux and firefox. It works. Then I suspect it would be a problem 
with IE. For futher testing, I use my partner's PC to create pages with 
IE and firefox (windows xp). Firefox horray but IE no go. That's all I 
can tell right now.
