[TYPO3-templavoila] New page not inherit template automatically

This problem is reported by several people but I never could reproduce
it. I have a number of web sites upgraded from
0.3.0->0.4.0->0.6.0->1.0.1 and they all work :( As soon as I can
reproduce it, I will catch it.
