[TYPO3-templavoila] language_overlay doesn't work for me with TV

Hi,

ok I am a step further. I had to put the lang config in the DS not in 
the local processing of the TO. Shouldn't this usually work also in the 
TO? I thought I read something in the localization guide.
Now I have the problem, that CEs that are not translated are shown in 
the default language. This is not as I like it to be, they should simply 
be hidden. Where can I configure this?
