[TYPO3-templavoila] Bug? CE inside Flexform view: impossible to enter page-content

Hi, I am still wondering if it is a bug or if I am missing something. 
Because I just noticed another strange behaviour:

When I open a FCE to enter content and I have a ce-element I have the 
problem mentioned in the posting before.
So I created a tt_news-plugin element in the page module, cut it from 
there and paste it into the clipboard. Then I entered the page module 
again and on the right side of the ce-element I clicked "Insert records 
from clipboard". But nothing appears in the field beside. But when I 
click "Insert" several times the scroll bar of the field moves and it is 
possible to mark a row in the field an delete it (see screenshot).
