[TYPO3-Solr] Index Queue Worker (solr) Failures

Hi all!

I have an already installed typo3 old project v4.5, i have installed the scheduler tasks :
Index Queue Worker (solr)
[Site: Home, Root Page ID: 1, Indexed 36.21%. Failures: 5035]
Commit Solr Index (solr)
[Site: Home, Root Page ID: 1]

Those two tasks can't run automatically and i don't know why, the connection to the solr seems working fine when i take a look at the status report page in the backend.

When i try to execute the scheduler task manually i got this :
Index Queue Worker (solr)
[Site: Home, Root Page ID: 1, Indexed 36.21%. Failures: 5035]

Only 36% !!!! and no results is there on The solr module page, there is no data.

I have already installed the devlog extension, no errors when the task is executed, what i have done wrong ?
