[TYPO3-Solr] No frontend output for elevated documents

Hi,

to enable query elevation you have to set

plugin.tx_solr.search.elevation = 1

Other settings related to elevation are (I think they are boolean):

plugin.tx_solr.search.elevation.forceElevation
plugin.tx_solr.search.elevation.markElevatedResults

I found those settings after having another look at the source code (Classes/Query/Modifier/Elevation.php). Unfortunately they are not documented yet.
