[TYPO3-Solr] solrfal - you are not allowed to access the given folder

Hi everyone,
thanks a lot for all your input.
Finally i got it.

The steps i have taken:

1. _cli_scheduler needs the appropriate rights
2. In the end it had something to do with the fact, that i needed curl
support to use the solr connection. So i had to xclass the new version
of tika (2.0.0-dev). Precisley the files TextExtractor.php and
MetaDataExtractor.php. The instantiation of the class
Tx_Solr_SolrService is not done via the GeneralUtitlity::makeInstance API.
