Do you see any index queue items?

Did you "Include static (from extensions)"?
Can you post your typoscript?

Is plugin.tx_solr.index.queue.fileadmin.storageUid set to the right PID?

Is plugin.tx_solr.index.queue.fileadmin = 1 ?
