[TYPO3-Solr] Scheduler for "initialize index queue"

At least in version 3.0 of the solr extension the indexing happens automatically without re-indexing the whole page, also for news items etc. You just need to execute the scheduler tast "index queue worker", e.g. every 5 minutes. 
Deletion of records are removed from the index instantaniously, without invoking the index queue worker.
If you are still working with version 2.8.3 of the extension it would be a good idea to upgrade to 3.0 (it works from 4.5-6.2)
