That being said, the extension seems to be too old for this Solr ext version.

I found an alternative solution: setting a default siteHash in general_schema_fields.xml that'll be added to all my documents that doesn't have a siteHash field.
Doing that, all my imported documents have the same siteHash as the imported pages from TYPO3.

Job done.
