[TYPO3-Solr] Code for Apache Nutch for TYPO3 CMS has been released

I am gonna look into this this afternoon, but I had a quick look and I'm confused:
"TODO: You should have received an apache-nutch-for-typo3-.tar.gz package containing Apache Nutch 1.5.1 and plugins for integration with Apache Solr for TYPO3."
Where should I get this tar.gz ?
