[TYPO3-Solr] config.index_enable = 0 gets ignored

Hey

I have 1 Root page with domain entry and 2 subpages following. One 
subpage should get recursively added to the indexqueue. The second one 
should not get added.
So i have config.index_enable = 0 in the setup for the second page, i 
also see it in the analyzer that its set correctly.

But still the second page+subpages get indexed, which shouldnt be like that.

Do i have to set something else or additional?
