[TYPO3-Solr] index queue task seems not to work (cron)

Hallo

Ok, I found out, that changes in tt_content are not automatically re-indexed in version 2.8.2, a fix for this seems to be in Version 3.0.0

Does anybody know if I have to use the task Force re-index in the scheduler or is it ok to use only the "Index Queue Worker" and the "Commit Solr Index" task?

And one last question, when do I have the optimize task?
