[TYPO3-Solr] Integrating a softlink feature

Dear SOLR enthusiasts,

currently I am thinking about integration a softlink feature.

In short: Having indexed a custom_item with code and url.
If result is just one and of type custom_item, SOLR should directly
redirect to this page.

Got some thoughts about hooking into suggest-eId, but I am not quite sure
about
best practise.

Any suggestions on how to solve this with latest stable version?
