I just saw that the BLOB field in "sys_registry" for solr was not big enough for all entries. As BLOB is limited to 64KB i ran into initializing erros on the 18th root page... so i changed it to "Mediumblob".

Now i'm reindexing the whole site and will let you know if the error still occurs...
