[TYPO3-Solr] Indexing is disabled

TYPO3 4.5.19
solr 2.8.2
PHP 5.3

I just wanted to mention that the connection to Solr is detected in 
Reports, so the typoscript template is detected.  I'm using solr in 
another similar website without having this problem, the only difference 
is TYPO3 4.5.22
