[TYPO3-Solr] suggest is not working

Hello List,

I'm using the default solr "all on example". the ajax request goes to:
/?eID=tx_solr_suggest&id=13&termLowercase=shi&termOriginal=shi&L=0 but
the respons ist only: [ ] .

Don't know if helpfull but spell checking is working fine.
(suggestField = spell).
