[TYPO3-Solr] can't connect to solr

thank you for your reply. yes i used the debian tomcat.

now i tried to use the bundled tomcat. it dosen't work. i complete
removed the debian tomcat an the old opt/solr-tomcat folder. then
running the install script. restart the system. same error as before.
