[TYPO3-Solr] Indexing of access restricted tree with IP-based autologin

pagetrees are completely separated:

<TYPO3> [0] Pagetree root
|
+--- (O) [1] Homepage internet site
|
+--- (O) [59] Homepage intranet
|
+--- [_] [2] Storage folders for records

The site roots (O) are marked as root and contain the domain record. 
Domains are www.domain.tld and intranet.domain.tld
Homepage intranet [59] has access only to fe group "intranet" (expand to 
subpages).

Both sites are detected correctly by Solr in the Reports and Search 
modules. Both have their own solr core on the server. Initializing the 
search indexes works fine, the error occurs only on the intranet part 
during indexing.
