Yep, I defined it in TypoScript myself.

I tried it in the Setup with:

plugin.tx_solr {
	template {
		expandCollapseLinks = TEXT
		expandCollapseLinks.value = 1
	}
}

and

plugin.tx_solr {
	template {
		expandCollapseLinks = 1
	}
}

The marker without the IF 
###TS:plugin.tx_solr.template.expandCollapseLinks###
works fine...

Any other ideas?
