[TYPO3-Solr] Initializing Indexqueue with cronjob

Hi

Because of problems with fileindexing, I want to delete files out of the 
index every night (no problem) and then reinitialise the indexqueue.

Is there a possibility to initialise the indexqueue with a cronjob?
