[TYPO3-Solr] Index news folder outside the rootline

as Olivier already said, please use the forge version (2.0-dev).

We haven't tried indexing tx_news yet, which could be a bit tricky as
they are composed of tt_content records AFAIK.

However, to add your folder outside of a site/root you can use

plugin.tx_solr.index.queue.tx_news.additionalPageIds = {news folder ID}
