[TYPO3-Solr] Tika App vs Tika solr server integration

With the following entry from solrconfig.xml

<lib dir="../dist/" regex="apache-solr-cell-\d.*\.jar" />
<lib dir="../contrib/extraction/lib" />

the server load the lib apache-solr-cell-3.4.0.jar
an all libs from ../contrib/extraction/lib
which include the tika-core-0.8.jar

Both libs doing the same, right ?

Which one is used by ExtractingRequestHandler ?
