translated records should be indexed automatically if there is a page
language overly record for the containing page.
I'm not quite sure for records which are set to "all languages" though,
this might be a missing feature currently. Maybe you can have a look at
tx_solr_indexqueue_Indexer to figure something out in this regard.
Otherwise it will have to wait until we find some time for that. Either
way, feel free to add an issue on forge so that we don't forget about it.
