[TYPO3-Solr] Only show terms in lastSearches and commonTerms that can be found in the index

Hi folks,

I am searching for a way to only show terms in lastSearches and 
commonTerms that are true values within the solr index.
The aim is to prevent those little trolls to use meaningless search 
words in the scope of the content of the site and have them displayed on 
the results page - which avtually happens...

Is there a simple way to implement this that I just have not found?
