[TYPO3-Solr] EXT:solr 4.1 backport

I've patched 1.0.1 version to get working the indexer part (see
attachment). It seems there are only some classes that aren't
automatically included and it's missing the typo3 interface
`t3lib_Singleton`.

Maybe `includeLibs` is not the right place to include the missing
classes, but is enough for a quick test.
