[TYPO3-seminars] seminars 2.0.0 with support for TYPO3 8.7 has been released

Dear all,

today, I have released version 2.0.0 of the "seminars" extension to the
TER and at Packagist.

This version brings full support for TYPO3 8.7 (AKA TYPO3 8LTS). Thanks
to all sponsors who have made this possible!

I've also released a new 8.7-compatible version of the "onetimeaccount"
extension.

Please note that you'll need to update the "oelib" extension, and that
the new oelib extension now has the "emogrifier" extension as a new
dependency.
