Dear all

 

I need to help to understand manual!

 

Seminars Manual Topic 1.4 Roles

Event managers/VIPs are special front-end users who are allowed to view the
list of registrations for an event from their "my managed events" list. The
extension can be configured so that all users from e a certain front-end
user group are considered to be event managers for all events. In addition,
it can be configured so that event managers may edit event records in the
front end.

 

So does this mean:

-          Managers can EDIT an event which they are NOT the owner?

-          All Members of this group are able to EDIT every event record?

 

If YES how must the TS Extension Setup must look like.

 

Until now I am in the Manager Group can see and export all CSV BUT I am not
able to edit events where I am NOT the owner.

As soon that I put my user onto the BE Access Tab of the seminar I am able
to edit.

 

I used plugin Managers my edit their events and VIP FE group on the TS
Setup.

 

But I am still not able to edit other events.

 

Do I have a mistake there or is this "works as designed"?

 

Any help is highly appreaciated.
