[TYPO3-seminars] Error when upgrading ameos_formidable

Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
I din't upgrade the extension seminars yet because of the error I get 
when trying to upgrade ameos_formidable.

When I go back to ameos_formidable 0.7.0 everything is fine. But on 
higher versions I get the error.
