[TYPO3-project-seminars] Error notice during the register process

Hi Veronika,

yes ist seems I have the same problems. I don?t know if it caused by by 
onetimeaccount?

My installation is new with the recent extensions:
typo3 4.2.6
seminars 0.7.3
ameos 1.1.0
oelib 0.6.0
onetimeaccount 0.5.0

Now a made an update in the extension manager for some "shy" extensions 
(tstemplate object browser, constant editor (???), sys notepad )), and 
the warnings still appears but the design of these two register pages is 
much more destroyed. Obvisously some information about css get lost or 
overwrite.

I dont know what to do.
